The Comai family business works the land using organic agricultural methods, using neither chemical fertilizers nor artificial agro-treatments.

For centuries our olives groves have overlooked lake Garda and for 4 family generations have been producing the distinctive Garda Trentino variety, Casaliva.

Our extra virgin organic olive oil is born from cold pressing within a few hours of careful gathering, optimal storage & careful bottling.
